Surespan designed and fabricated 39 precast concrete utility corridor components, each weighing between 50,000 and 120,000 lbs, along with the custom steel forms used to cast them, for the Vancouver Convention Centre Expansion. Completed over a seven-month production run, the project demonstrates Surespan’s capability to engineer and deliver heavy, oversized precast components to tight tolerances.
