Who We Are
Surespan was instrumental in conceiving, designing, and manufacturing the first portable bridges in Canada. What began as a way to keep crews moving when no crossing existed has grown into a fleet of more than 150 pre-engineered steel and timber deck bridges, spanning 20 feet to over 100, single-lane to multi-lane.
Today we serve nearly every industry — forestry, mining, pipelines, municipal and private development. With staging yards in Prince George, Dawson Creek, Langley, and Duncan, BC, a Surespan bridge is never far from your site, and never far from installed.

Our bridges have carried pipeline crews for Coastal GasLink near Prince George, kept Highway 7 traffic moving at Cape Horn in Coquitlam, and supported work at the Bennett Dam in Hudson’s Hope. From multi-bridge programs in Hinton, Alberta to a single 70-foot steel deck span in Kamloops — whatever the load rating, whatever the terrain, we’ve spanned it.
JFK BRIDGE RENTAL
Surespan fabricated bridges and provided bridge rental services at JFK Airport in Queens, NY, supporting a major joint-venture construction project with a multi million dollar valuation. The engagement marks one of Surespan's largest and highest-profile bridge rental contracts to date, demonstrating our capability to deliver at scale on complex, high-traffic infrastructure sites in a major U.S. market.
