Who We Are
We launched Surespan Ready-Mix in 1998 for a simple reason: we didn’t want to rely on anyone else for the concrete behind our precast business. The Cowichan Valley needed a dependable supplier — so we became one.
Today, our BCRMCA-certified plant in Duncan produces over 1,200 m³ a day, with computerized batching for exact control of colour, admixtures, and every component of the mix. Our large fleet of trucks handle everything from single-truck pours to the valley’s largest mass concrete projects — and multiple portable batch plants take us wherever the work is remote.

When the site is remote, our portable plants go to work — one sets up in a single day, the other batches 1,200 m³ daily anywhere you need it.

Surespan delivered a fully integrated concrete solution — supplying ready-mix, precast structures, and cast-in-place concrete all from a single source. Using Davis Colors' 'Pebble 641' pigment, our team achieved seamless color consistency between precast panels and site-poured concrete, ensuring a unified architectural look across the entire facility. The project showcases Surespan's ability to coordinate multiple concrete disciplines under one quality-controlled process, from plant to pour.
