Surespan Ready-Mix is supplying concrete for the Sherman Road Co-operative Housing project in North Cowichan, BC, a 92-unit affordable rental development combining 34 townhouses with a 58-unit apartment building. Backed by nearly $65 million in federal, provincial, and municipal funding and delivered through a partnership between the Municipality of North Cowichan and the Community Land Trust, the project breaks ground in January 2026 with completion targeted for early 2028.
