Surespan Ready-Mix supplied concrete for the new 199-unit rental complex at 222 Cowichan Way in Duncan, part of the provincial BC Builds initiative developed with Cowichan Tribes and Khowutzun Development. The project pairs affordable rental housing with a new Cowichan Tribes governance headquarters and Indigenous business space, moving from concept to construction on an accelerated 12-to-18-month timeline. Surespan’s role in this fast-tracked build reflects our capacity to keep pace with time-sensitive, community-driven housing projects on Vancouver Island.
