Surespan supplied a temporary two-span steel trestle bridge across the Similkameen River, supported by lock-block abutments and a centre pier, to give construction crews safe access between both riverbanks throughout a major bridge-building project. The temporary crossing carried cranes, haul equipment, and structural steel deliveries needed to erect the adjacent permanent bridge, all within an active mine environment with strict environmental and access constraints.
