Across multiple seasons of work in the Hinton, Alberta region, Surespan supplied and installed a range of permanent bridge structures for remote resource roads, including precast slab bridges and composite bridges founded on driven-pile abutments. The program included a 110-foot composite bridge, a 60-foot composite bridge, and multiple 9 m to 21 m slab bridge installations. Additional work included deck rehabilitation, timber retaining wall replacement, joint and guardrail replacement, driven-pile foundations, and associated bridge approach and fill-retention systems.
