Surespan fabricated, supplied, and constructed the Harbourside Pedestrian Overpass as part of the North Shore Spirit Trail, providing a dedicated crossing for pedestrians and cyclists over three CN Rail tracks. The project included a 42 m clear-span steel arch main span and 115 m of serpentine approach viaducts supported on steel tree piers. Surespan fabricated the steel arch and substructure components at its Duncan fabrication facility and erected the main span over the active railway using a tandem lift with two 100-ton cranes
