Surespan designed, supplied, and installed the precast concrete insulated cladding system for two new seventeen-storey UBC student residence towers, producing and erecting nearly 2,500 grey and white architectural precast panels across the 85,000 sq ft project. Completed over a two-and-a-half-year program, the project demonstrates Surespan’s ability to execute a large-scale architectural precast erection program on a major institutional campus.
