Surespan improved ground conditions within a City of Vancouver park area as part of the East Fraser Lands development. Surespan self-performed the full scope, supplying and installing 2,055 treated timber piles and 170 m of steel sheet piles to densify the subsurface ground and construct a flood protection wall.
