Surespan supported the 40 MW Grand Valley 3 Wind Farm in Ontario, providing offloading, rotor assembly, erection, and mechanical and electrical completion services for Siemens direct-drive wind turbines. Surespan worked alongside specialist contractors to complete the turbine electrical systems and elevator installations as part of the overall wind farm development. This marked Surespan’s fourth installation of Siemens turbine technology, completed on schedule and within budget with full quality control oversight.
