Construction Management

Surespan provides Construction Management services for Owners engaged in construction projects and looking for qualified professionals to act as Owner. Drawing on its employee base skilled in executing construction projects across several industry sectors, Surespan is able to ensure Owners interests are maintained and protected throughout the administration of the contract.

Services include provision of qualified inspectors to verify that works are being constructed to specification, quality assurance reviews audits to ensure contractors employed follow their quality control plans. Surespan also produces regular project reporting documenting progress, providing early detection of issues for Owner’s attention which is used to manage subcontractors and to support any dispute resolution required during the course of the project until contract completion. Project monitoring reporting can also be provided to verify payment applications from contractors.
