Cambie Forming Ltd. approached Surespan to solve their forming challenges for Concord Pacific’s newest landmark building, The Arc. The challenge was forming and pouring two 10′ x 10′ beams 185’ in the air.
Surespan secured the contract to design, supply, construct and remove the innovative girder system for ‘The Arc’. These girders supported the installation of permanent concrete beams, which eventually became the structure around the highest glass-bottom pool in Canada.
It was a project where the Client presented Surespan with additional challenges from project inception to completion, and the Surespan team was able to address the challenges and execute the work perfectly.
