Haldimand County Wind Farm: Precision Turbine Installation and Efficient Project Execution
In partnership with Samsung C&T, we successfully erected a 150 million-watt wind farm in Haldimand County, Ontario. The project included the installation of 67 Siemens turbines, each standing 100 meters tall, along 37 km of municipal roads south of Hamilton. Using our advanced LG 1750 and LR 1600 cranes, our completion of the project was realized by March 2014.
To meet tight deadlines, the LG 1750 crane operated 24/7 with dual crews, enabling nearly one turbine installation per day. The wind farm now provides sustainable energy to the region, showcasing our commitment to renewable energy solutions and large-scale construction projects.
