Precast Concrete for CARSA Parkade
Surespan Structures worked with Campbell Construction to supply, deliver, and install precast concrete for the CARSA Parkade in Victoria, BC. The project featured white concrete with oakleaf architectural patterns, creating a polished and distinctive look.
The parkade included 182 Double Tees, 14 precast planks, 44 columns, 7 Inverted T Beams, 73 Infill Panels, 4 Loading Dock Beams, 10 Stair Beams, 100 Spandrels, and 21 Stair Components. Surespan Construction successfully completed the installation.
At the end, we were really satisfied with our completion of this precast project, enabling accessible parking access for hundreds every day.
